Requested RP Character: Felicity's twin brother, Felix.
Why: For a bit of fun, that and Miss Felicity doesn't have much plotting going on for her, and the introduction of her brother might just remedy that.
Other Information: Can be of any house and personality, although I think it would be fun if he were kind of uptight, given how reckless Felicity is. Play-by is open, and his first name is negotiable, though I would prefer it if whoever takes him keeps it Felix.
